2. The essentials first

This website is deliberately lean: it sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no advertising networks. We process personal data only when you contact us yourself, or to the extent required for the technical operation of the website.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA (“Vercel”) and delivered via its content delivery network. When you visit the site, Vercel automatically processes information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits (including IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and operating system). This data serves to ensure reliable operation and to improve security; it is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the website securely). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel. Where personal data is transferred to the USA, Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission, Art. 45 GDPR); EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition.

Our e-mail mailboxes are operated independently of this by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is also in place with IONOS.

4. Contact by e-mail or phone

If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the enquiry) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is directed at a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We store this data for as long as necessary to process the enquiry; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

5. External links

This website links to the independent websites ip-formalities.com and trademarkiq.ai and possibly further external services. When clicking such links you leave this website; the privacy policies of the respective sites apply.

6. Your rights

To exercise your rights, an informal message to info@accelari.com is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Ansbach, Germany.
